                                     History of Enchanted Eels in Cagubatan ,Tadian MT.Provinc

   The enchanted eels dates back centuries one story says that the eel are the spirits of two young women  who        were forbidden from attending a village feast when the women were caught sneaking out, they were punished        being turned into eels. Another story says that the eels are the spirits of two children who were killed by theirs        parent in this version  of the legend , the parents were so grief . stricken that they threw themselves into spirg and they were also turnedinto eels.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          there are also stories ,that say that the eels are the spirit of animals that were sacrificed to the god. In these stories, the eels are said to be guardians of the spring and the surrounding area.In some accounts the eels are said to fly in the form of will others wisps during full moon t ovisit other eels in Tadian

The enchanted eels is still a mystery that ha syet to be fully solved. But the story continues to capture he imaginations of people all over the region.
